Warranty Policy

VoltCell 1-Year Limited Warranty

At VoltCell Power, we stand behind the reliability and performance of our backup power systems. Every VoltCell power station includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Internal battery system issues
• Power output failures under normal operating conditions
• Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, VoltCell may:

• Repair the unit
• Replace the unit with a new or refurbished product
• Provide an equivalent replacement model

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Water damage or physical damage
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and cosmetic damage

How to Claim Warranty

To start a warranty claim, contact VoltCell Power support with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the problem if requested
